Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on the Folium website. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.

We may update the terms; each order is governed by the version published when it was placed.

• Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include VAT.
• The product price is the one calculated for the options you choose; delivery is added at checkout.
• Production starts once you approve the proof and, for card or bank-transfer payments, once the payment is confirmed.

You are responsible for the content of the artwork you send and confirm that you have the right to use the texts, images and marks in it. We refuse material that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

The artwork check covers technical aspects: resolution, size, bleed and colours. The text, spelling and details on the artwork remain your responsibility — please check them before approving.

You can pay by card online, by bank transfer against our invoice, or in cash — on pickup or to the courier on delivery. Card payments are made on the payment processor’s secure page; your card details never reach us.

You choose the turnaround — standard, rapid or express — in the calculator; it counts in working days from proof approval. You can pick up your order at our Chișinău pick-up point or have it delivered by courier; delivery options and costs appear at checkout. Details: Payment and delivery.

Products printed from your artwork are made to order and cannot be returned without cause. If you find a production defect, write to us within 5 working days of receipt — see the returns policy.
