In short
Folium processes customers’ personal data to receive, fulfil and deliver orders. We collect only what that requires and never sell data to anyone.
What we collect
- contact details: name, phone, e-mail;
- delivery address, if you choose courier delivery;
- order contents and uploaded files (artwork);
- account details, if you create an account;
- minimal technical data the site needs to work, such as your chosen language.
Why we use it
- fulfilling the order: production, delivery and invoicing;
- communicating about the order: confirmations, proof approval, order status;
- legal obligations, such as accounting records;
- your account, if you have one: order history and saved details.
We do not use your data for advertising without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. We keep artwork as long as it is needed for production and possible reprints, and delete it sooner on request. You can close your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and object to its processing. Write to hello@posm.md; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the national personal data protection authority.
